A short information regarding the shipping.

• Unless there is any problem with the order we ship it the next working day.
• So you should receive your books with 3 days.
• Right now we have 2 available shipping methods: Paczkomaty(Lockers) Inpost or DHL Courier. The shipping price does not depend on the volume of books. You can also choose to pick up your order at our store and It is free of charge obviously.
• If you are going to pick up the order at the store please wait for the email with the confirmation that the order is ready. Usually it takes a couple of hours.

Information about the returns

• First of all if you are not happy with the order or a way we processed it please contact us and we will do our best to find the best and efford free solution for you. It is important for us to know about our failures so we can improve. Also we just want you to be happy with the service so we will do our best to make it up for you.
• You have a right to return the products and be refunded 100% but you need to let us know about your choice within 14 days from receiving the parcel and than you need to ship it back to us. Please just send us an email about the situation and we will give you some options how we can solve it. (Including the one above).
