Book Description
Giraffe can’t see very well. Her animal friends make her a pair of glasses, but she thinks she would look silly wearing them. To prove her point, she starts wearing protective clothing to avoid hurting herself when she trips. Eventually, she’s covered with a helmet, trousers, boots, a rubber ring, a bell, and a ladder, making her look ridiculous. Her friends put the glasses on her at night, and when Giraffe sees her reflection in a water pool the next morning, she is shocked! After removing all her clothes, she is left with the glasses and finds she looks quite smart!
